Service coverage area, hours of operation, and payment options for off-site pricing is the same as on-site pricing. The pricing for off-site service is determined by the nature of the service, and is generally less than on-site pricing. Some examples of rates for specific off-site services include:
- $125 to reload an operating system and perform data backup & restoration
- $15 to install or upgrade RAM in one machine (1-4 sticks of RAM)
- $50 to install or upgrade any other single component (excluding part costs). Discounts given for multiple parts installed during the same service visit.
- $125 to clean a system of viruses or spyware
- $75 + $30/GB data recovery - FREE CD/DVD copy of data provided upon request.
- Cash, check, Visa®, and MasterCard® are accepted.
